NCLEX Crusade International Membership Agreement 

Purpose: The purpose of this service agreement is to help each costumer understand the NCLEX Crusade International Membership and the process of cancelation of the membership. Also, this agreement can be used in any future dispute process initiated by the costumer.

 I (Costumer) by checking the service agreement box understand the following: 

• I (costumer) understand I am enrolling in a recurrent monthly membership, which means once I register, I will be automatically charged a payment of $19.97 every month until I (costumer) decide to cancel the membership.
• I (costumer) understand that once I register the first payment is non-refundable.
• I (costumer) understand that if I want to cancel the membership I most follow the following steps: 

1. Send an email requesting to cancel the membership to [email protected]                                                                    Or

1. I will call or send a text to NCLEX Crusade Advisor at 813-212-6965
